In this role you will be responsible for interacting with the current and potential clients, translating customer needs with the development team and coordinating deadlines and product improvement. Once trained on the company's products, you will be able to provide user training to clients.

GOVERNMENT AND MILITARY - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Permanent, Full Time/ Some evenings and weekends may be required.
The NBMFRC requires someone with enthusiasm who enjoys working in a challenging environment, with strong human resource management and accounting skills, works collaboratively with a dedicated Board of Directors and professional staff (which includes Little Wings Child Care), has the business acumen to stay on top of efficiency and cost effectiveness, has a strategic and innovative approach to serving the community and is able to adjust to the military culture as required. Our ideal candidate will have:
- A history of providing leadership to create a highly effective and cohesive multi-disciplinary team to assess community needs and deliver appropriate services within an established framework of accountability.
- Proven strength in ensuring effective over-all administration and fiscal management and the ability to work effectively with government and funding agencies.
- Experience developing and implementing strategic plans with successful results.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a Board to create a productive working relationship between administration and the Board.
- Strong communication skills and a comfort level with advocacy and public presentations.
- Experience in capacity building through partnerships, fund development, and community development.
- Insight to the military community and the capability to develop partnerships with the military units and the broader community.
- A solid understanding of policy development and program delivery with a minimum of five years management experience in not-for-profit agencies would be an asset.
- An undergraduate degree in a related discipline, or experience in a related field, as well as proficiency in both French and English would be considered valuable assets.

- Une certaine connaissance de la communauté militaire et le potentiel de développer en partenariat avec les unités militaires et la communauté en général.
- Une solide compréhension des politiques et programmes livrés dans un minimum d'expérience en gestion d'une agence à but non lucratif serait un atout. Un diplôme de premier cycle dans une discipline connexe, ou de l'expérience dans un domaine connexe ainsi qu'une maitrise du français et de l'anglais seraient considérés comme précieux avantages.
